“The staff n pharmacist are extremely caring knowledgeable n the pharmacist never hesitates to offer a better or lower priced alterative to the same med your taking that had possibly had/has an effect or possibly not worked as you hoped it would. I get 5 scripts a month from them and always recv a smile nice courteous friendly service I was even offered that that they would deliver the meds to me. Can't ask for a better pharmacy staff anywhere in my opinion.”

“Always so friendly and helpful. Every time I call them or stop by they are always willing to help me sort out any situation I'm in with my medicine. I was taking 2 of them together that needed to have at least 4 hours between them and I didn't know what was wrong with me and when I asked the pharmacist they figured out what I had going on right away and since then I'm all good. They're amazing.”

The customer service we receive there is off the charts - EXCELLENT. No other place has ever given us this level of customer service. We use to get our prescriptions filled by mail order with CVS. Our insurance changed so we needed to find a local pharmacy. We are so glad we found Family Pharmacy in Scott's Hill. They truly do care!!”
