Very impressed with this store and staff! They had alot of inventory that included different styles and various sizes, which I appreciate so much. Stevie & multiple other staff members were extremely helpful and kind during my time in the store. Highly recommend & will definitely be back!

We love American Eagle Outlet in Gatlinburg, Tennessee!! My son loves the jeans they have available for him to choose from. He also buys his underwear from here also. I bought socks and a hoodie. They also have an amazing sells going in!! Plus, coupons and extra discounts available!!!

I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is here. I was already anxious coming in to try on new jeans since I’ve gone up a few sizes and they were so kind, helpful and ended up leaving with two new pairs of jeans and two shorts! Those girls deserve a raise!
