“I loved going to Hot Topic when I was young. Now I've introduced my 13yo to this store, and she loves it, too! Some stores age as their original audience grow up, but Hot Topic has stayed true to itself.
We ended up with a Totoro cardigan, striped arm warmers, some embroidered green overalls, and a flowy green skirt embroidered with moths.
The employees at this location were helpful and friendly, and the store was tidy and well-kept.

“Ms. Debra was SO helpful with finding me the correct bra! It had been quite a few years since I had a bra fitting but she was very helpful and provided me with many tips. I wish every Jockey had a Ms. Debra. Her attention to detail and customer service is unmatched! 10/10.”
“I stopped by the Old Navy outlet in Sevierville and it was pretty much what I expected, in a good way. The store feels like a typical Old Navy, but just bigger and more packed with merchandise. There was a lot to look through, and it covered everything—kids, men, and women. If you like having lots of options, this place delivers.
The layout was easy enough to follow, but you do have to spend some time digging if you want to find the best deals. The clearance sections had some hidden gems, especially if you are patient and willing to look through the racks. It was not all perfectly organized, but that is kind of part of the outlet experience.
There were signs everywhere for 30% and 50% off, which made it feel like you could get a good deal, though I am not sure if those discounts are always there or just part of a promotion. Either way, it added to the appeal.
Overall, nothing surprising, but solid. If you already like Old Navy, you will probably like this store too. Just plan to spend a little extra time browsing to find the best stuff.”

“OMG! Me and my daughter went to AE and talk about customer service and being catered to. Awesome store!!! Everyone was so nice, extremely helpful and so knowledgeable. As soon as we enters the door a girl knew my daughter’s style found her jeans! In the fitting room the girl Haley helped me daughter with sizing and fitting! Checking out was wonderful and they priced matched with online coupon code I had!!!!! If you have not been there you need to go!”

“I missed the old store on Teaster Lane. I was pretty upset when it ended up closing because it was so easy to get to and get out of compared to Tanger, but the manager that ran the teaster store is now running this one and I’m pretty glad for that, because she recognised me and that was pretty cool, my Daughter extremely loves Rue 21 so do I their style of clothes is kind of a mix of the 80s and 90s, which is a time I grew up so it kind of makes pretty cool place to buy outfits. Just wish they would go back to shipping because not every store carries exactly what you’re looking for. And I mean, Rue 21, the company not specifically this store.”

I cannot remember her name, and I feel absolutely terrible about it because she went above & beyond to fit me, find bras that were my preference. This is the first positive experience I've had at Lane Bryant over the years. I feel this visit deserved some positive feedback so women won't feel uncomfortable asking for a bra fitting.
