She was exceptionally helpful & resolved a problem I had with a new half zip sweatshirt that my puppy had chewed a small piece of the zipper, making the zipper unusable. She took care of the problem & was very pleasant. I've been buying Orvis clothing for at least 20 yrs now and I've never come acrossanything from the Oevis that is nothing but excellent quality. The clothing lasts for years as long as you take care of it, so it's definitely worth the extra money to buy from them. Their customer service is exceptional in the many stores I've been to.Keep up the good work & Kelly, thank you.”

“I don’t normally write reviews, but this one’s necessary. I had a very stressful time Christmas shopping, until I came here and my day was made! Gracie was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient with me. She went above and beyond helping me with sizing and finding the perfect shirts for my mom. Of course every other item I needed was on the very top racks, but she never hesitated to get anything down for me- with a smile on her face. If you’re gonna go to Simply Southern, go to this location and ask for Gracie!!! Will be returning, thank you so much.”

“This location was a discount store with clearance racks of what seemed to be discontinued items, irregular items, or somewhat odd sizes (eg 30 x 38 men's jeans). We walked around for about 30 minutes and we all found items we liked and ended up with 3 full shoping bags of clothing for work as well as a few casual items.”

“A lot of stuff at Jockey is fantastic better than AE and I love AE, they have some of the softest and nicest fabric, the quality of what they have is superb, I personally have some boxers and a jacket that I bought from them and they are fantastic, they fit great and and super soft almost to the point of not feeling them”

“I missed the old store on Teaster Lane. I was pretty upset when it ended up closing because it was so easy to get to and get out of compared to Tanger, but the manager that ran the teaster store is now running this one and I’m pretty glad for that, because she recognised me and that was pretty cool, my Daughter extremely loves Rue 21 so do I their style of clothes is kind of a mix of the 80s and 90s, which is a time I grew up so it kind of makes pretty cool place to buy outfits. Just wish they would go back to shipping because not every store carries exactly what you’re looking for. And I mean, Rue 21, the company not specifically this store.”

“Been looking at a bit of their clothing as of late and starting to like a bit more, but... Some of their csr needs to be revamped! We were there 2 different days while in the city and on both times upon entry I was not greeted, but I heard the people after me greeted? As we were several moments apart I found this odd, as a patron if I am spending money in your establishment then I should always feel welcomed upon entry an exit! Other than, prices were good and store was clean and neat as well!”

“I have never experienced service as good as the outlet store in Sevierville Tennessee at the Tanger outlet mall. First class service service, the type that hard to get anywhere else. I had never been to this store before and it will certainly be first on our list the next time we come back here. She helped me with an online exchange and looked in the stockroom multiple times to make sure I got the shorts I wanted. The store was organized and clean and I had an overall good experience. The staff, especially the manager was very helpful and friendly.”
