They did a great job of resizing my great-grandmother’s 100 year old ring, and replacing its missing diamond. Wonderful service, with quick turnaround as well!

The only thing every time they clean & refurbished they misc polish one side and brush other side of my ring. Counter person noticed this time. Repair so far good.

Quick polite service. I was looking for someplace to have a watch band sized to fit. I had received it as a Christmas gift. I could not get Zales to touch it, as it was a brand they didn't carry. Going forward, Max Richardson Jewelers will be my first stop for any watch or jewelry purchases!
