“Went in and received great service from the girl who helped us. She was super sweet, patient and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. Everything was perfect until what I assume was the manager arrived. I was blown away by how rude and condescending he was to the staff. He didn’t even acknowledge us except to walk between us, as if we were in his way. Then he berated both of them about things that could have been addressed after we left. He has no business being a manager, not only because he was just rude, but we were in the store! I felt horrible for those girls. They don’t deserve to be talked to that way. Do better Pandora.”
