Had an AMAZING TIME. The instructors Ryan and Mike were outstanding. So informative, patient and funny… we had a blast, learned so much, they covered every question and was so helpful with every question I had. I felt confident when I left I would know what type of rod and reel to purchase and felt very confident that I WILL CATCH a fish by using the lessons we were taught.
I didn’t want the class to end. It was AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME.

Experience at this store was so phenomenal. The team went above and beyond to show me how to find the right gear that I needed. I am just getting into fly fishing and volunteering with the national park in their fisheries department. So I needed some gear to help me get started. The sales associates spent a bit of time explaining the different type of boots that I would need for fly fishing and walking in creeks with fisheries. They spent time explaining the benefits of the different types of waders and what the benefits and cons were. They explained that they also offer classes for beginners when I do wanna learn to fly fish. Ryan, Steve and Rodney went so above and beyond me and made me feel like I was welcome in the store. They communicated so well and they also made sure I understood what I was buying and what it was used for. As a lady I was timid approaching this hobby, but they made me feel so welcomed and so comfortable that I will be back for more purchases and hopefully some more experiences from the store I cannot sing their praise is high enough. Just the tone they used made me feel heard and cared for as a client of the store, they were efficient too! It was a wonderful visit.
They have truly earned a repeat customer.

Very nice store. One of the biggest Orvis stores I have been in. Lots of selections. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I cannot give enough stars to this awesome store!!! From the moment you walk in the staff is waiting with a friendly smile. Ryan, wow, he’s truly amazing!! Always knows me when I go in and is always helping me out as a new fly fisher, he’s taught me so much and you can see the passion he has. I always love going in even if I don’t buy anything, which is rare lol. Also, I have taken the 101 fly fishing class and the 201, and it’s unreal to me that they do this at no cost!!! It has got me out and about doing something I never dreamed I would do, thank you so much Ryan

Beautiful store. Kelly was friendly and helpful and pointed us in the right direction for our first time fishing in the area. Picked up a couple of quality tops while we were there. I would recommend stopping in!

Ryan did an incredible job serving us. It’s obvious he’s passionate about his career and fishing. He gave us tons of insider, local tips and was very generous with his time and knowledge. It’s worth the drive, so don’t distance stop you!
