The store is beautiful and offers a wide range of gear, from rods and reels to boots and waders. The staff is outstanding, friendly, and efficient, going above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, heard, and cared for. They are patient, informative, and helpful, spending time to explain products and their uses to ensure customers understand what they are buying. The store offers fantastic beginner fly fishing classes at no cost, which are described as amazing and unreal. Instructors are passionate, funny, and so helpful, covering every question and teaching lessons that build confidence. Customers leave feeling confident about their purchases and their new skills. While the clothing is quality and desirable, some note the prices are premium. Overall, the team provides wonderful service that earns high praise and creates repeat customers who are always pleased with their visits.
Quality clothing, I want some of it, but their prices are premium on products aren't much better than more affordable products.

Very nice store. One of the biggest Orvis stores I have been in. Lots of selections. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful store. Kelly was friendly and helpful and pointed us in the right direction for our first time fishing in the area. Picked up a couple of quality tops while we were there. I would recommend stopping in!
