“Been using the pharmacy for years and it is usually pretty good. They went from free delivery to charging for it but still not too bad. I've gotten flu shots here cause the dr doesn't always have it. The online app for refills and delivery could use some help, it doesn't always work but in general it's a good store. Pharmacy closes for lunch and sometimes it's inconvenient. Have to hang out longer than expected when shopping.”

“I have been using the Food City Pharmacy on Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville for several years now. A couple of weeks ago, I had a problem with a prescription. Even though my insurance had paid 100% previously, they declined to pay for it this time. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to resolve this issue. First , I would like to thank the staff, and I would highly recommend this pharmacy for everyone.”

“I had no problems here, popping in for some snacks and things to use for making breakfast. No trash in the parking lot and an associate was busy bringing in carts. The parking lot was quite full this afternoon! The bread aisle was well stocked as was the prepared deli cheese and meat. Other stuff in the condiments are in good shape with clearly displayed prices. The store was clean and the self-checkout worked just fine. This was a good experience. “I can't say enough positive about my experience with this pharmacy. Mark the tech and the younger woman pharmacist, (sorry I can't remember her name), were phenomenal! When we first called and got Mark on the phone, we were frantic, because we realized that we had left my Insulin and my Mounjaro back home in Florida, and we were so afraid this was going to ruin our trip to Tennessee. However, as soon as we spoke to Mark, we instantly felt at ease. Him and the pharmacist worked very hard to get my prescription transferred to Walmart from Amazon Pharmacy, and then they worked even harder to get my insurance to approve a vacation override. Since it was taking a little bit longer than he thought it would, Mark even called to give me an update on the status. I called mid-morning to let tgem know about my dilemma and my scripts were filled shortly after they returned from lunch break, (the only reason it took that long was because my insurance wouldn't give them immediate approval.) I was certainly very pleased with my experience with Walmart Pharmacy and these two Walmart Pharmacy Associates! Would highly recommend!”
