“To my surprise... Several of the employees at Seymour Advalue Pharmacy, are absolutely amazing. Because of my speech impairment, and my being deaf in one ear, and HOH in the other, they initiated texting me, when they have difficulty phoning me. I appreciate them being patient with me because of my Autism. Even the delivery driver Leroy is such a nice person. My latest experience... I was having difficulty with insurance and pre-authorizations. Cashier or clerk Carol was absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. And SO kind. Like Beth, Carol definitely is a keeper!”
