“To my surprise... Several of the employees at Seymour Advalue Pharmacy, are absolutely amazing. Because of my speech impairment, and my being deaf in one ear, and HOH in the other, they initiated texting me, when they have difficulty phoning me. I appreciate them being patient with me because of my Autism. Even the delivery driver Leroy is such a nice person. My latest experience... I was having difficulty with insurance and pre-authorizations. Cashier or clerk Carol was absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. And SO kind. Like Beth, Carol definitely is a keeper!”

“I switched to Eagles Den roughly three months ago. I was tired of getting the run around from my previous pharmacy where I would go weeks without medication because they were consistently out of stock. When I called Eagle Den, they confirmed they hadn’t had the same issue and when switching my medications, they even called and had my previous pharmacy send them over.
One of the things that honestly sticks out about their staff, is they actually remember who you are. You’re greeted with a smile whether you’re in the drive thru or front desk.
