Truist receives mixed reviews from customers. Many praise the wonderful, friendly, courteous, and professional staff who provide good experiences and helpful service. However, the location is frequently extremely busy with long wait times in the lobby and drive-thru. Some customers report problems accessing accounts, declined cards, and significant issues like safe deposit boxes being unavailable. While the staff handles the pressure with grace and patience, there are consistent calls for the bank to hire more people and resolve these technical and operational problems.
Every time I go to this location there 10 to 20 people in line with no more than 2 tellers. Please hire more staff. I have been customer for many years and am considering changing to another bank.

Longest drive thru banking I've ever experienced in my life and I'm 41 years old. If there was ever such a thing as silent quitting these tellers have it mastered.
