“Went to this location today to cash a work check and everyone was super nice and helpful. I did not have a checking account with them, but it is my jobs bank. After going in there today I will definitely be back to open my checking account. Great customer service. Looking forward to banking with them.”
“Very awesome bank, no service charges for anything, I've been with y-12 over 15 yrs, I think their the best bank anyone can have, why would anyone want to pay other banks charges like account charge, regular banks tare you up with monthly charges,service charges for just about everything you can think of , just makes good sense to bank at a place that doesn't charge you for banking with them, I once had a check from local bank , it was for 100 dollars now the people who gave me the check had an account at that bank, well I went to cash it and teller told me it would cost me 15.00 to cash that check because I didn't have an account at that bank even though the people that gave me check has their account there, so I had couple of options I could let them cash it and burn me for 15.00, or take it to the people who wrote it and have them increase it 15.00, well my neighborhood store cashed it for me and didn't charge me anything, now anytime I take a check from that bank I have to make sure to charge an extra 15.00 because that's what their bank charges to cash one of their checks, long story short, I stopped taking checks from this particular bank, who pays a service charge to cash a check written on that bank,if their going to charge to cash one of their own checks , that is absolutely crazy who they trying to say their helping, the person with the account or are they just padding their own wallets”

“I have been banking with SmartBank since 1992 (was Sevier County Bank then). I like that they are local and just a few minutes away. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They notice when something does not look exactly right and in the past my debit card has been blocked because of suspicious activity. Highly recommend them and will continue to use.”

They also helped with getting foreign currency for overseas trips. Currently, my branch is under re- construction due to a fire. However, their drive-through windows are operating.”

“I've been a member of TVA for a while now, and I've seen nothing but absolutely incredible customer service. My card was declined because of a fraud suspicion for purchasing a monthly subscription. At banks where I've done this before, like Smartbank, it would take a week up to a few weeks to get an issue like this resolved, but today, I called TVA and the lady got it fixed in minutes. This is the best bank I've ever been at, thank you for being what every bank should be: polite, reliable, and amazing!”

“I want to start by saying, yes, this location is almost always busy. And not regular busy.. balls to the walls, 15 plus people waiting in the lobby and the drive thru line backed up to the side entrance. I go to 5 banks some weeks and this location takes the cake. With that being said, these ladies behind the counter hold it together with grace and enough patience to fuel a small village. Hire more people and give these loyal employees a break and a well earned raise!”
