I was able to have the time to sit down and talk with Heather, she gave me a few pointers on how to Manage a team, myself as a leader should always be willing to do what the rest of the team is willing to do. To delegate by example, make sure everyone is on the same page and always take a moment to talk and always speak up. Thank you Heather for this I am thankful for. 08/08/2025.

Heather went out of her way to assist me with several Amazon returns where the instructions were a little ambiguous. Generously helped me tape a box so that I didn’t have to make an additional trip! Service has gotten so much better at the store over the last year plus as some of the less hospitable folks have left. It must be an often stressful job given the constant stream of Amazon returns. However, this new group of employees doesn’t seem to get flustered or stressed and the line moves quickly.

There was a line of people and Heather was the only employee there. She had 2 registers going helping 2 customers at a time. She deserves a raise!

I was at the store in Sevierville this morning, sending 3 items to different addresses. Heather was the only employee in the store and as she started taking care of me, several people came inside, and they just kept coming in. She took care of 3 of us at one time and was hopping from one register to the next with speed and obvious skill. I would think she has worked there for 20 years. She is a absolute Rock Star. UPS is lucky to have someone like this in that store, it's that simple.

I absolutely love this place. I have my own small business and any and all shipping I can do through UPS, I do here. They are extremely knowledgeable, personable and proficient. I’ve met the owner, the manager and all of the employees. Each and every one of them are more than capable of handling my needs and quickly. It’s rare to find a business that truly cares as much as these people do. I highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family.
