“Not sure there are enough words for my gratitude to these men and this shop!. I was stuck with a bad water pump and gasket. Im from out of town. They took me in to check it out. Showed me the issue, explained everything clear and honestly. I knew exactly what they were saying so I knew they weren't misleading me. So I let them dive in. I am so glad I did. They treated me with full respect, honesty and quality work. No surprises, no additional mysterious fees. No nothing but compassion, respect and quality work! I thank you Gentleman! What could have been a nightmare, was just a hiccup that got me back on my way in really no time at all considering they did my timing belt, water pump and gaskets had to replace some missing nuts and wrong bolts. “Ellis went beyond my expectations. While they were repairing my vehicle for something else, I asked if they could figure out why my lug nuts had been coming loose on a couple of occasions. They found that at some point before I owned the auto some epoxy had been applied to a part around the wheel (they explained it, but I’m not mechanically inclined, so I’m not sure exactly what part), and it was causing issues. They scraped all of the epoxy off to make it safe again and didn’t charge me a cent for it. They have also told me a couple of times that my car didn’t need repairs when I thought it did (one situation was just bad gas and another was when I got an engine code for my catalytic converter, but there was nothing wrong with it). They could have lied to me and done unnecessary work, but they were honest about it. All those things are indicative of people who are out to help the customer and not just to make a profit.”
