Walgreens is a pharmacy where customers have had a mix of experiences. Some report very positive interactions with helpful and attentive staff who go above and beyond, showing genuine concern for patients and helping to find medications during shortages. This can provide a much better experience and a new outlook. However, other issues have been noted. There have been problems with communication, such as the pharmacy closing with no prior warning, leaving customers waiting without their needed medications. Some customers also report issues with automated systems, receiving repeated calls about refills they did not request, which causes confusion and concern about potential scams. While many appreciate the helpful staff, these operational and communication problems have left some customers feeling appalled and uncomfortable.

Today I called to get a refill on a prescription that is having shortage issues. Sarah was incredible, she went above and beyond to help me find a pharmacy that had the prescription in stock. I know she didn't have to do that, and I appreciate her going above and beyond.
