Every trip I have experienced excellent customer service from being greeted as I walk in to someone helping with advice on our projects. The store seems to always be well stocked and clean and have exactly what I need which seems to be rare at other home improvement stores anymore. Awesome job to all employees at this location!!”

They’ve all worked there for years and they know what you’re looking for and they’re not afraid to bend over backwards to help you when you walk into these big corporate chains you’re just a number and they don’t even check you out. You have to check yourself out but when you go to Shelbyville Lumber company, you can tell they really care about making sure you get what you really need!!! Great people and great experience too!!”
