“I had a pretty good experience at this cell phone store. The staff was friendly and helped me compare a few different phone options without making me feel pressured to buy anything. They explained the plans and pricing in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The store was clean and everything seemed organized. I also had a few questions about transferring my contacts and setting up the new phone, and they took the time to help me with it. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I would consider coming back here when I need another phone or accessories.”

“Travis helped us when I came in to look for a new phone and he was very polite. We returned about 10 days later and Karissa helped me when I brought my trade in phone. She installed a screen saver and was very knowledgeable and really nice. I would recommend this store if you need a new phone in the future.”

“RAJ was on site and is the manager Best gentleman when I showed up with my home internet box I had obtained it in Michigan from another Metro store and have evidently the box did not exist nor did some of the numbers that they were putting in their. Raj Ron had to redo my all my information and give me another box And it took him an hour past the time he was supposed to get off is Jenna was supposed to get off at 7:30 we did not leave the store until 8:20 and he made sure that my phone was connected up and that the data was actually working from my home box before I left from there. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy and satisfied customer this is why I love Metro and this gentleman deserves to be recognized for doing more than what is asked”

“I always look for a Walmart when i need something. One of the few stores out there that provides the store manager information on every reciept. The stores are usually well stocked and have a vast selection of the part of the country it is in.”

“Joel is the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else for help with my phone or it's service. He actually cares about his job and is a really good dude and that's almost extinct in customer service nowadays. Thanks again Joel for helping me. You are an amazing person and I will remember you. Thank you for your kindness, honesty, and integrity. You deserve your own company! I'd switch to Joel Mobile?”
