“This store has a great selection of items and it's always very well stocked and organized. I had a return a few weeks back and the young girl at the service desk was more than friendly as well as her fellow coworkers who came and went at the time I was there! I have done customer service work my entire adult life and I can differentiate between genuine customer service and/or others just doin it BECUZ and I felt their sincerity. Thank you!! “Eric and Esther are my two favorite people at the store. I see them more than anyone else. Eric is the tech guy and Esther is my brain. I would be totally lost without these two individuals. My smart phone is smarter than me and they both have helped me so much. From little things to big things about my plan that I can do to save me money. The other day I came in and was having trouble with my internet and Esther helped reach out to customer service and we fixed the issue. Eric always greets me with first with a smile and tells me the latest deals and upgrades. Best experience and customer service of any store anywhere. Not just cellular any department, grocery clothing any store. We need more people in retail like these two individuals.”
