Willie had the skill and expertise to use the sensor to figure out why the check engine light was on. He was high energy, kind, and professional. We just moved to the area so this will be our go to AutoZone from now on! I would give 10 stars if I could!”

“I was very pleasantly surprised by this place.
I had to have a 2 piece OEM driveshaft rebalanced, after essentially making a hybrid out of two different driveshafts. I called probably 20 shops around the country, starting with the very most reputable, and nobody was able to do it. Many said they only work on their own company's shafts, many others didn't have the right flange to do it, some others only did low-speed balancing.
Somehow, Chattanooga Driveline Service had a high speed balancer, the correct adapters, and was happy to do it. Their price was reasonable, they communicated clearly, and it was done the next day.
I'm pleasantly surprised to say the car drives smooth as ever--no vibrations at all. Thank you!”
