“Excellent place to workout under the crossfit methodology. The coaches are excellent and take great care that you know the proper technique for all exercises well to help avoid injuries. I have been a member since June 2020 and I have not seen the first injury. Before starting I had the impression that I was going to injure myself doing those exercises, but it is not like that if you have the correct coaches. On the contrary I have seen many happy people, motivated and full of energy. In addition to their knowledge, each of the coaches offers their friendship and interest in you making the most of your time in the gym or as they call it “The Box”. I 100% recommend crossfit as mental therapy and exercise for the body, it is the best! And you also meet many new friends. The crossfit community is unique!”

“Wonderful venue for a birthday party! They do all the work, all you need to do is bring a cake and decor. Cheyenne was amazing with the kids (18 first-graders) and they all left exhausted and happy. It's 100% worth the money to host your child's birthday here.”

“Very low key gym. Great atmosphere if you are a beginner or more experienced. They seem to be getting new equipment all the time. It's never hard to find weights or get on a machine you need. Nice mix of free weights, hammer strength and machines. Also there's a great amount of cardio. The Staff is awesome and membership is priced well. It's a far better option than going off the mountain.”
