JBeez Watercraft Rentals & Service is a small, family-owned business celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2019. Starting as a jet ski rental company, they have since expanded their fleet to include waverunners, pontoon boats, and ski boats. The business serves several lakes in Middle Tennessee, offering a full-time service shop for boat repairs and winterizations. Customers praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall great experience, with one reviewer noting the informative and pleasant staff member named Alec. Despite a few minor issues, such as a clunky rental process and a malfunctioning trim switch, customers express their satisfaction and intention to rent from JBeez Watercraft Rentals & Service again.
We had a great experience with JBeez Watercraft. Easy to work with, very responsive in answering questions. Would absolutely use JBeez for boat/wave runner rentals again.
