“*****PLEASE READ*****I visited this CrossFit gym but it seems to only be a martial arts studio for youth now. Employee said they no longer do the CrossFit there. Unfortunate because the convenience of the location would’ve been great for me! Best of luck to those who were involved!OWNER OF BUSINESS: Contact me if this changes I will take down my review!”
“I really like this gym! It's a small place but usually not a lot of people when I go so that's not an issue for me. There's a nice selection of equipment to get most of what you want to work on your whole body. I really enjoy also how clean this place is! Definitely recommend”
“This activity center is for the employees that work there and their families.
It has your essentials for dumbbells and machines. They have classes at different times of the days and they always host fun events around the holidays.
I usually run the loop around the building and it’s almost 1 mile. The cardio equipment is kind of old but it still works.
The staff is friendly and willing to help.
It would be 5 star if they had ALL updated equipment.”
“Love our trainer but the facility could use some updating especially the plumbing lately its been a really weird smell. Everyone is nice. Im hoping some updates in the new future”

“Visiting my daughter in Tennessee. I’m a member of Anytime fitness in Florida. I went to this one and it was beautiful! The machines were great!!! The place was very clean. The manager couldn’t be more helpful. I was very impressed. Would highly recommend this gym”
