I had a lab draw appointment and instead of getting upset about the wait, I just waited patiently. There was an emergency happening with a previous lab draw and even the front desk gals jumped up to help the lab tech. This facility has a lot of walk in traffic and despite the chaos of people not reading the front desk signs; honestly the front desk was very pleasant and kind for how much they have to direct people to not do stupid stuff.
My lab tech was friendly and I am an individual with tiny veins and low blood pressure. She was kind to my accommodations. Lab draw went smoothly but I just want to give a shout out to the whole team for working together! I work in healthcare and people don’t understand everything that goes behind closed doors.”
