“I have purchased many items from this store including a Stihl electric pressure washer. The pressure washer was about three years old and the O Ring needed to be replaced. This is typical being that old. The owner gave me one for free. That's what I call customer service. I try to spend my money locally if possible. Once these mom and pop stores disappear, we're screwed”
“LIVE PETS EVERYWHERE! Puppies, birds, fish, spiders, and snakes... and that's just on the first floor! The second floor, the basement, has cats, rabbits, and other exotic animals, as well as large stock items. I went in looking for LIVE aquarium plants and have a small selection. Maybe 6 different varieties. They do not have anything for CO2 in store.”

“I like this store. They have less product availability than the smyrna location. The shelves are normally pretty well stocked, clean aisle ways, Their shelf labels are often incorrect when they ring up. Not sure if it's a system issue because the labels are correct per the associates/managers, items just ring up wrong often. Staff can be challenging to get them to match the prices that are listed on the shelves. Animal tanks seem well taken care of. The grooming center seems like they are often busy. They normally have everything I'm looking for for my pets and always have some decent sales.”
“Amazing! If you have the opportunity to buy a Quentin dog house then consider yourself fortunate. We purchased the Large House with side porch. It’s solid as a rock and absolutely beautiful. I think it will outlast our actual house. Quentin is honest and a pleasure to deal with. Free delivery up to 50 miles too. Can’t ask for more. We are the envy of our friends, neighbors, and family.”

“This store is always clean & I've never had a bad experience. However, recently we purchased a few cans of science Hill that were marked for clearance that turned out to be almost a year expired. The food smelled off & metallic so we didn't end up using it. I thought they were on sale because they were the kind that needs a can opener. I would never have purchased had i known the food was so long expired.”
“Store was packed, with puppies and people. All the workers were ready and willing to accommodate puppy visits (pets) and information needed on them. Feel in love with an adorable lil puppy but couldn’t see paying $5.2K especially with how the economy is today. It was nice to at least love on them though. Sad to leave”

“I find the staff at this location to be very helpful and polite. They kindly answer questions, and provide the information I need. I had a mix up ordering a gift card and the manager called me right away to take care of it. I like this store!”
