This is typical being that old. The owner gave me one for free. That's what I call customer service. I try to spend my money locally if possible. Once these mom and pop stores disappear, we're screwed”

The second floor, the basement, has cats, rabbits, and other exotic animals, as well as large stock items. I went in looking for LIVE aquarium plants and have a small selection. Maybe 6 different varieties. They do not have anything for CO2 in store.”

“A+++++ Service from our experienced sales Woman, Tori????. We adopted Heath(a.k.a Bob) a Dachshund, last night and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Heath is our 4th puppy we have adopted from the Murfreesboro Petland location. I will say there was another (I think female, or her pronouns might be “it”) that was also very nice to all of the other customers. OH WAIT!!! I was mistaken! ILiana was the person who helped us! She was AWESOME(like the Miz). ILiana was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. She definitely knows how to treat customers when they are making a huge life changing decision. I would like to say we will be back, but 4 dogs is definitely our limit!!! We will be back to Visit though. Thank you so much ILiana for making our lives more special! Also shout out to Tori for laughing with us. Both of these girls are Outstanding!!!!”
