“I have purchased many items from this store including a Stihl electric pressure washer. The pressure washer was about three years old and the O Ring needed to be replaced. This is typical being that old. The owner gave me one for free. That's what I call customer service. I try to spend my money locally if possible. Once these mom and pop stores disappear, we're screwed”
“LIVE PETS EVERYWHERE! Puppies, birds, fish, spiders, and snakes... and that's just on the first floor! The second floor, the basement, has cats, rabbits, and other exotic animals, as well as large stock items. I went in looking for LIVE aquarium plants and have a small selection. Maybe 6 different varieties. They do not have anything for CO2 in store.”

“I have been taking my cavapoo to get groomed at Pet Supplies Plus for about a year. Kaitlyn is absolutely wonderful. All the groomers are very friendly. They all know my pups name and greet him every time. I would highly recommend any of them to groom your pup! Great prices as well!”

“Amazing! If you have the opportunity to buy a Quentin dog house then consider yourself fortunate. We purchased the Large House with side porch. It’s solid as a rock and absolutely beautiful. I think it will outlast our actual house. Quentin is honest and a pleasure to deal with. Free delivery up to 50 miles too. Can’t ask for more. We are the envy of our friends, neighbors, and family.”

“This store is always clean & I've never had a bad experience. However, recently we purchased a few cans of science Hill that were marked for clearance that turned out to be almost a year expired. The food smelled off & metallic so we didn't end up using it. I thought they were on sale because they were the kind that needs a can opener. I would never have purchased had i known the food was so long expired.”

“A+++++ Service from our experienced sales Woman, Tori????. We adopted Heath(a.k.a Bob) a Dachshund, last night and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Heath is our 4th puppy we have adopted from the Murfreesboro Petland location. I will say there was another (I think female, or her pronouns might be “it”) that was also very nice to all of the other customers. OH WAIT!!! I was mistaken! ILiana was the person who helped us! She was AWESOME(like the Miz). ILiana was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. She definitely knows how to treat customers when they are making a huge life changing decision. I would like to say we will be back, but 4 dogs is definitely our limit!!! We will be back to Visit though. Thank you so much ILiana for making our lives more special!
