After countless research into what to buy and who to go to for drilling and expertise, the team of Michelle and Darnail were my choice. I couldn’t be happier! They were able to listen to my needs and suggest a weight, cover-stock, and brand that fit a returning bowling. She suggested a standard drilling lay out and accommodated requests to not stretch the hand out due to past injuries. I received my new ball within 48 hours of ordering (as the weight I got wasn’t in stock).
