I have over 15 years as an Assisted Living Sales Director in the Chattanooga area and recommended this company exclusively for years because of their "top notch" service. On a couple of occasions they even put up pictures and hung up clothes for my new residents. Personally, I have used them twice and I am about to hire them a third time. Never late, never had missing or broken items, never overcharged. I can't say the same for that National 3 gorilla's and a truck company.”

“Storage units are usually very cut-and-dry but this service has a lovely warmth. They are easy to communicate with, listen to your needs, and provide a real quality rental unit.
We ended up needing to rent 2 units and each were placed exactly where we needed them with care for the spaces/items around. Payments are easy, units are clean, workers are kind. Great rental pod company!”
