“I called and spoke with someone, gave her all of our move details, paid the deposit and scheduled our move. 2 days later, all within about an hour while I was working, I received multiple phone calls/messages and texts from different people wanting to “confirm” the details of my move. I returned the call on my lunch break and had to give all the same details from the initial call again. Both times I let them know we would not be available until 12 or 1 the day of our move…both people confirming that would not be a problem. The day of our move I received a call around 8AM saying the movers would arrive around 8:30AM?! We got that issue handled and were told we would receive a call when the movers were headed our way that afternoon. A little after 2PM, I had not heard a word so I called and was told they would be headed our way soon….about 45 minutes later they arrived. The 2 guys who came to move us were really kind and did a great job. The actual move went well. This company needs to work on communication and documentation during the scheduling process. So frustrating to have to spend 15 minutes on the phone multiple times giving the exact same information, and then it was still being incorrect on the day of our move. Also, there seems to be no internal communication about who is calling/texting on which account. Absolutely no reason for anyone to receive as many calls/texts as I did within a short time frame from multiple people with this company wanting to “confirm details”.”

Unloaded our 2 bedroom pod in 45 mins.
We numbered every box and what room it went in. Then I stayed at the pod and told them which room each box went into. Very efficient.
My one feedback for the crew is to have better communication exactly when they arrive, bellhop gives a 1 hour window (8-9) and we didnt know when they would arrive until they were there. We were in a hotel so i needed to run over to meet them. But that didnot cut into the time i paid as they use a qr code the company texts you to clock in.”
“Mat was really informative and helpful when I checked out my U-haul at 3:30 and Elizabeth came out and met me before I even got out of the truck at around 3:00 to return it the next day. I will use Cannon self storage again, because the staff was friendly and everything went smoothly.”
