We Fired Wells Fargo yrs ago, Fired Regions bank too as it was Scary too see such horrible customer service at Wells Fargo, Poor English skills at Wells Fargo, and Regions along with Chase failed miserably to answer all our Questions.Truist bank got the job done in a timely manner!Praise God For Truist Bank !”

“I've been a member for many years. They've been been far more personal than Bank of America. They called me after filling up at a gas station who tried to some questionable practices on my account. They blocked the account and issued me a new card before the call! Never used that station again. Always personal attention with FAFCU.”

I have continued to stay with US Bank but I still call this branch my home branch because no matter where i’m at or what the issue is a friendly person always gets it done for me right there and it’s never a wait for the solution. “From the get go everyone was incredibly amazing!! Went in to set up a bank account Lucas was so friendly and nice. He helped me get a time set up and we only had a 5 min wait because he was able to set up an appointment for us. We then met Tulip and Jay. They were both so incredible at helping me set up my account. Jay was so kind to get coloring books for my 2 children who came with me. They were both so patient and kind and took the time to talk to my children and speak to them instead of ignoring them. Tulip and Jay were both very thorough with explaining my account I was opening and answering all my questions I had. I even had the chance to talk to a very nice man about the pre schools around here.
I went back the next couple of days I needed a paper for my daughters school and Michelle was so nice and helpful and so understanding when I asked for what I needed and she just jumped into action and delivered! We just went to the bank because I had to make a deposit and Michelle and the manager were so kind and nice to us. We just moved here and they gave us crumble cookies as a way to say welcome”
