“First time visiting this branch of the bank. Needed to take care of some mortgage business within a 24 hours time frame. So I called to see if it could be conducted at the drive-through. Super friendly and helpful phone "teller" (Brian-?) assured me it was possible and gave clear instructions for my arrival at the bank. Upon arrival at the drive-thru, I was greeted by an equally friendly and helpful teller, Dawn, who repeated the clear and concise instructions for completing my banking business. Polite, cheerful, courteous and respectful. Best service anyone could ask for!”

“Beautiful venue, it was an incredible place to see Greta Van Fleet live. Be prepared to do some walking uphill from the entrance to the actual amphitheater. Also there is only one bathroom, probably the worst part. All in all, if a band you like is playing there, don’t miss it”

I have *never* gotten a voicemail — every call is answered by a human working in either TN or NC.We moved to Pinnacle after 20+ years of banking with Suntrust (which was acquired then destroyed by Truist a couple of years ago). We should have moved long ago.Now we've got checking, savings, and retirement accounts through Pinnacle, and they originated our re-fi a couple of years ago at a great rate.Life's complicated and irritating enough to put up with a lousy bank.
