“This branch doesn't overall feel like a bank should feel, granted I've never been inside but I've been through the drive-thru plenty and the ATM. Which never go to the ATM in the morning hours! My goodness you cannot read the screen!! But ultimately going through the drive-thru, the tellers aren't very friendly, they don't ask how you want your cash back, and it ends up taking a bit of time to get accomplished what you go there to do. Unfortunately for me this is the most convenient option, especially when I have my pup with me in the car.”

I have *never* gotten a voicemail — every call is answered by a human working in either TN or NC.We moved to Pinnacle after 20+ years of banking with Suntrust (which was acquired then destroyed by Truist a couple of years ago). We should have moved long ago.Now we've got checking, savings, and retirement accounts through Pinnacle, and they originated our re-fi a couple of years ago at a great rate.Life's complicated and irritating enough to put up with a lousy bank. Switch over to Pinnacle now”
