Rack room shoes is meh at best but the lady running the counter tonight needs an attitude adjustment ask a question and instead of a polite no i get a straight up no like it was a problem to be there...my bad i promise you wont have to deal with me being a burden again

It was a complete mess. We were shopping there 3 months ago and it was tidy. This past visit it was thrashed and you couldn't sit anywhere because of trash.
