“Bo was great. super nice. Yes the problem wasnt fixed on my car, but thats due to negligence and just old car stuff lol.
Give bo a raise, he deserves it. Super nice, and cool to hear and see a team so happy to be working together. As someone who works alongside them in customer service? perfection. Never was told off, or asked for ridiculous questions.
