“This shop has been such a blessing to find. You can tell they genuinely care about taking care of their customers and have built a really strong sense of community around their business. They value honest work and never try to push unnecessary repairs or sales on you, which is something I really appreciate and trust. Every experience I’ve had with them has been great. I’ve also had some really good conversations while hanging out in the waiting area and have even gotten a few awesome local food recommendations along the way. Great people, honest service, and a place I’m very happy to keep bringing my vehicles to. Highly recommend!”

“Amanda, GW, and Jake took great care of my vehicle and got my tires aired up and all over my wiper blades replaced for my roadtrip this weekend! Very personable and friendly while also extremely knowledgeable! Pricing was fair!”

“Terry and his team are great. Best I've found in Spring Hill. I don't go here much (I do most of my own work), but when I need a shop I use these guys. There's a reason they're always backed up, but it's worth the wait if you can make it work. Highly recommended!”

“Loved, loved, loved Christian Brothers auto repair. They had my oil and inspection done in a short amount of time and remembered to put air in my tires, then the associate explained about my needed brake repair. Appreciated the way they made me feel. A customer for many years to come!! Highly recommend.”

“Clint and his shop are top notch. My family has been going to him for years and recently recommended me to him when I bought an old truck. Clint is a straight shooter and tells you how it is, no bs, no fluff, just honest. His pricing is much better than other shops and he doesn’t upsell. I can’t recommend enough!”

“I'll first say, wow! What a refreshing experience dealing with someone that genuinely appears to enjoy what they do. I contacted Peter a couple weeks ago about a code on my 5.3l 2008 Silverado. The code indicated the oil pressure switch was likely bad. Peter replied in less than a hour and I was able to give him all the details he needed. A short time later he let me know he had ordered the part and could be by the next day. About 24 hours after initially contacting Peter, he pulled into my driveway exactly when he told he would be there. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and you could tell he like what he was doing. No attitude, even though I was hovering and asking questions. He probably could have finished pretty quickly had I not been so distracting, but it took him less than an hour. Peter cleared the codes and I happily paid the man. It's been a couple weeks and we've driven the truck plenty without any issues. I won't hesitate to give him my future business as well. Price was reasonable for a name brand part and mobile service. Happy customer.”

“GREAT JOB! Competitive prices! We needed to have a new tongue welded onto our food trailer. Due to some mishaps with their welder, the owner stayed after close to ensure we had the trailer for the next day. Very impressed with the care and pride they took in making sure the work was done! And they did a great job on the weld! Clean, and strong!”

“The team at Honest One are terrific…kind, competent, communicative, and willing to go an extra mile to help you out (free pick-up), advice that is not too technical, and truly pleasant people. You don’t just get great technical expertise but also personal engagement, answers to any question, suggested next steps, etc. MJ”

“Bo was great. super nice. Yes the problem wasnt fixed on my car, but thats due to negligence and just old car stuff lol. Give bo a raise, he deserves it. Super nice, and cool to hear and see a team so happy to be working together. As someone who works alongside them in customer service? perfection. Never was told off, or asked for ridiculous questions. Totally recommend them if you want a friendly and helpful staff.”

“Amazing customer service at Firestone in Spring Hill! Joseph went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I especially appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me or push things I didn’t need. You could truly see his heart to serve and his commitment to taking care of people. I also really enjoyed talking with both Joseph and Diego. I left feeling like they were such a blessing, not just because of the great service, but because of the genuine kindness and care they showed. So grateful for such an unexpectedly wonderful experience. Thank you, Joseph and Diego!”
