“We had the misfortune of beaking down on the interstate on our way home from Florida. We were floored when we found out our transmission needed replacement. We relied on the word of the tow truck driver and law enforcement who helped us while we were stuck on the highway. They recommended Sprng Hill Auto.Right from the start, Travis was up front and accomodating to us. He explained the whole process to us (ordering, cost, when it would be ready). During the repair he also communicated progress just so we could book our hotel stay accordingly. The car was completed on time and on cost. We were thankful for the outstanding service and to the attention given to our situation. Would highly recommend.”

I got a quote before I decided to go with Peter & he charged me less that half of what the previous company quoted. He stayed in contact & let me know what parts I needed & didn't need. Due to some mishaps with their welder, the owner stayed after close to ensure we had the trailer for the next day. Very impressed with the care and pride they took in making sure the work was done! “I got in my car on the way home from work, and my battery had died. I bought the car in November of 2022 from Enterprise Car Sales, so I knew it was used. A co-worker at the school gave me a jump.Then, the real problem began.I started calling places close to my home that carried my type of battery. I called four different places and no such luck. Then I remembered a Firestone right around the corner from my home!I was told if they didn’t have the battery, one could be delivered in 45 minutes. I arrived after 5pm and I was able to drive away with a new battery installed a little after 6 pm!Thank Youuuuuu Firestone for your services!”
