I went in this afternoon’s with a few Amazon returns and the white male employee (I wish I looked at his name tag) refuse to scan my items. He told me to go to the kiosk and do it myself. Mind you, it was dead and I was the only person in there. He just didn’t feel like doing his job. I am not a paid UPS employee, I shouldn’t have to do his job. He literally was standing there doing nothing and refused to help me. I took my items to the other location off port royal and they were happy to scan my items with no issue. This man needs to be fired since he’s being paid to do literally nothing.

It’s a shame they have chosen profit over customer service and now have customers do the work for an Amazon return.

So easy to take things to them. Especially at this store where they are located now near Publix. Get 2 errands off my list in one place. I really appreciate the easy Amazon returns, too.

I was in on Friday evening, the 1st of August.
Two young men Kaiden and ? Helped me.
They were extremely patient and helpful with 2 complicated mailings. It was a success only because of their assistance! Both were very polite and knowledgeable.

I usually go the Brentwood store so maybe my expectations are too high. Young man said they no longer accept USPS packages and made me use the self service for my amazon return. Just unexpected

Jason at the UPS store was so kind and helpful with my son's printing project. He made sure that everything looked great,and he showed an interest iny son's project. He also treated other customers very well and showed integrity and honesty. We will definitely be using the UPS store when needed.

Young guy was Immediately helpful as I walked in carrying a return for Amazon! He didn’t wait for me to walk to him, he came to me to help as he saw me carrying a shredder without a box. Very kind young man! I wish I had his name to list here…

Was assisted by Manisha. She greeted me when I came in, which I appreciated a lot. I came in for an amazon return, and she took care of it quickly and with ease. I was very fortunate to have been assisted by her, and I hope she comes to know how much of a blessing she was to me today.

Some of the bad reviews seem over-exaggerated. I've never had a bad experience in any UPS store in Spring Hill. They've even been patient when I came in a few minutes before they close. I ship a lot of products for my business. They’re heavy and large yet I’ve never had an issue and they've always arrived on time. Manisha is always helpful and the other employees are also kind and professional. Don't buy into some of the worst-case scenarios thrown out in some of these reviews. As much as I ship with UPS in Spring Hill, if they had bad service, I would’ve experienced it by now, but I haven’t, because it doesn't exist. The service is great.
