I will make sure to avoid visiting this particular UPS store in the future. Although I've never had a problem with any other UPS stores, the customer service at this location is incredibly poor. Specifically, Aaron's attitude was very disappointing and his manager didn't offer any assistance either.
Beware of Hidden Charges..They have boards all over showing B&W print for 20c per page and 75c for Color.. last month i printed 20 copies and they charged accordingly..But todayI printed return label hoping its just 40c but they ripped me with 5$ computer fee.....update..Sent all required docs but no update
Beware of this location. I was doing a return to BestBuy and was informed that my package arrived empty, while the other is lost in limbo. Both are expensive Sonos speakers. Someone along the way decided to swipe them. I'm in the process of filing a claim with UPS. I'll never use this location again.
