Update on last review.....so after my previous experience with getting shorted on minnows, I went in today to get minnows. As I was explaining to the man helping me to please not short me again, a lady stepped around the corner and asked me my name. Reluctantly I told her my name. Her reaction was completely different than what I was expecting. After talking with Ms. Kathy, I was informed that the 6 dozen minnows today were on her. I definitely didnt expect to get a freebie today as I was prepared to pay for my purchase Ms. Kathy has expressed deep condolences as to my previous experience and assured it wouldn't happen again! You just cant make this stuff up in a small town like Springfield! This was actually a HUGE gesture of kindness that I really needed today because of personal reasons. Just shows that a bad experience be fixed when there's people out there like Ms. KATHY to make it her personal mission to make things right when her store isn't firing on all cylinders. I sat a few minutes and we exchanged some friendly conversation before I went on my way. Needless to say, I wont be driving all the way out to old hickory to purchase my minnows again! Big shout out to the beautiful few who remind me that small town livin is the best livin! I'm keeping the old review under this one because I think it's important for people to see a perfect example of how to keep a returning customer. Somebody give Ms. Kathy a raise already!!
Last 2 times I bought minnows here I have been ripped off. Today I went to buy 7 dozen minnows to feed my fish and even stated that I don't want dead minnows. After dumping them in my fish tank I realized I was shorted atleast 35 minnows. That's unacceptable for me considering I paid $20 for these and specifically sought a certain count. Had atleast 10 deads in the batch. Do better guys, I work hard for my money and don't appreciate being robbed!!!!

Didn't have all the parts I needed.
Gutter drain connections and non-perforated pipe.
The staff tried to find the fittings but had to go to Lowes.
