“I usually love shopping at Aldis, but today... not so much. I had maybe 6 items in a box. I put my items in the box out of the cart. She saw me do this, by the way. Then she says, " Can you take your items out of the box?" It would have been easy for her to just pick them up and scan them and put them in the cart. Needless to say , She did this on purpose, and I felt it was just petty and stupid. Most cashiers are very polite, and I have never been treated badly by any of the others, but this lady was just annoying and lazy.”
“I always love shopping here because it has what I need without massive lines. Don't get me wrong, I like Kroger for certain things, Aldi's for other things, and even Walmart in a pinch, but HG Hills has a good hometown feel to it for sure.”

“Place was friendly and I was easily able to get my purchases. Nice selection. Place looks intimidating but it isn't too bad inside. I have seen much worse. The entryway into the parking lot can be a little hairy of your car is low to the ground. Be warned! Otherwise, great little place!”
“The employees here are always helpful and friendly! I can run in here almost any time of the day and get in and out quickly. I’ve been coming in here for about 7 years now and I can honestly say there has never been an issue with anyone being rude or not being helpful if I’m looking for something specific. Love this Dollar General!”
“The guy behind the counter, not sure if he's the owner, he couldn't be any nicer! They only have two gas pumps. It's a small gas station. There is a variety of drinks and snacks.”
“Obviously, I like Kroger. Get most of my families groceries there. I will never be happy with a self checkout. I do also understand that everywhere is short staffed these days.”

“Unloading was quick and they started about 20 minutes before my 0800 appt. Two open docks and was pretty easy to get into dock 4 then slide tandems, was never blindside for me but was more interesting than many docks with having all the trailers parked in front of the docks. Space for 2-3 trucks to park on the other side of the street to wait overnight, and a turn around just around the corner made that easy.”
“This is what all Dollar General stores should be like. The store is spacious and clean and the store staff is friendly and helpful. Because it is a larger store it has a wider variety of merchandise in greater quantity on the shelves than most other Dollar General stores. Most Dollar General Stores appear to be working on stocking the shelves will customers are shopping. Though I understand and appreciate the business model of a "working store" while customers shop, at this location, although they do work the shelves while assisting customers, the process doesn't take up half the store with carts with product on the aisles. Although the store is a bit out of the way, it has proven to be worthwhile to make the trip for the great customer service and the fact that they have product on the shelves. One important thing to note is that this particular store doesn't have beer, but that is the only that that is missing compared to other Dollar General stores.”
“Nice, new store. No self checkout; hard to believe they don’t have more than one person working who is expected to stock shelves while also checking everyone out, with no bell or way to know if anyone is waiting to be checked out if he would have been stocking shelves. And this is on a busy Saturday! Dollar General makes $$, so they can afford to have more than one or two people working at a time. This guy was on top of it tho, very nice and very proficient. ????????”
