Bought some metal shelves for our garage, had to check myself out, asked for help lifting them into my truck & the young girl was really nice & said go on out (110 degrees) & I will send someone. Waited 12min in the heat & at 73 I felt sick & was about to go in when this nice man asked if I needed help. Come to find out he was an employee just getting off work. Franko saved the day!!!

Today my sister and I visited Lowes in Springfield TN. We were assisted by Timm who was friendly and helpful in our search for a weed eater. He was knowledgeable and made us feel confident we were making a good choice. Thank you Timm. There should be more people in customer service like you.

Dear Bryan as a manager some simple things might help you in the future.Make eye contact with a customer when they ask you a question.Know in your store there are two key services.Self serve in broken.Do not interrupt a customer and say if it's broken I can't help you.As manager you should know it's broken due to their being a sign on it that says so.I simply wanted you to send someone to aisle 4 where an associate could copy my keys.You pitched a fit and got mad at my request.I am so sorry customers at your store are such an inconvenience.Thank goodness for Cayce and Frederick.Perhaps you might want to switch places with them for a few weeks and learn what friendly customer service looks like.

If I could give zero stars I would. On 6/12/22 my refrigerator quit working so I ordered a new one from the Hendersonville store. The one I wanted had an Aug availability so I ordered a smaller one. My refrigerator and ice maker was delivered on the 21st of June from the Springfield store. The ice maker didn't work. So I call the Springfield store and was told they would swap out the refrigerator and ice maker it took several calls to actually get this thing going. On the 25th I finally got it set up. But I was told the model I ordered was out of stock but the one I originally preferred was in stock. I told them to bring me that one with a new ice maker. On the 27th I got an update on my order. The ice maker is out of stock and on backorder. So I canceled the ice maker and ordered it from Amazon. Also on the 27th I got a message telling me my refrigerator is going to be delivered on the 28th. On the 28th I get a call at 6:00 am telling me that my refrigerator with the bad ice maker will be picked up at 7:30 but they weren't the ones delivering the new. That was going to be between 2:00 and 6:00 pm. Then I get a call from Lowe's informing me that my new refrigerator won't be delivered until tomorrow between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. So now I have no refrigerator and am not confident about when I will get one. I will never buy another appliance from Lowe's.

First i would like to say, Happy Memorial day! while getting some last minute items for a project i had been working on over the weekend (paint and brushes) i made my way over to the self checkout area, and i happily purchased my items. Well on my way out the supervisor over the self checkout (a woman) had stood in my way and started aggressively beckoning me while shaking her head no, repeating “you can’t go that way, you can’t go that way” and i proceeded to say “i thought this was an exit” she then again proceeded with the aggressive beckoning telling me i couldn’t go out the exit! I’ve worked in customer service before and am not one to leave reviews complaining of service. But i cannot help but wonder how poorly this lady has treated other humans who aren’t getting paid to be inside of Lowe’s on this honorable holiday! Very dissatisfied with my service, but while in there a couple days prior, i enjoyed the service from a wonderful lady in the paint department Allison! she was very amazing and held conversation with me while grabbing me her personal recommendations for my project.
