I called, and they sent someone to pick up the chair.That after noon, they brought it back so I would have a recliner. They informed me they had ordered a replacement part, and when it came in, they would pick it up and install it and bring it back.They picked it up at 8:30 this morning and at 1:30 this afternoon they brought it back.It was not an easy fix, but they did it super fast, and there is no way to tell it was even worked on.Thanks for taking care of this old guy.Great job...”
