Very helpful, but I’m not 100% sure my vehicle is in the right spot. Would have been nice to have a map or something visual that could specify my spot outside. That said I was able to talk with someone and describe what I thought was the location and they confirmed it was correct. I really appreciated that they were readily available.

I have had an excellent experience so far. The property is well kept, the units are newer and clean. The rates are lower or similar to those around. The check in/rental process was simple and there is a downloadable app. The thing that really did it for me was an owner/manager contacted me directly to make sure that I was able to access the unit and that I was satisfied.

This is not a reputable company. They were months with no secured locked gate. They went in my storage rooms and stole things out of my storage rooms and moved everything around. They say they don't have master keys but they would have to ,to take things out. You better check your rooms. I had 2 rooms for 3 yes and never missed a payment or was late. Not someone you should do business with.

I like the storage facility because just a few minutes away from home. The bad thing is seems to have a lot of bugs in my unit. Y’all need to spray for bugs.

I've been working with Self Storage Solutions and they are a great company to work with. The units are brand new and in great shape. I highly recommend this company
