“I actually like this little store. I live pretty much across the road from the 1 on Rutledge pike (by East Knox Elem.) but will drive across the bridge to go tò this 1. But that's mostly because of the store cleanliness an also, nio, mostly because the 1 on Rutledge pike has the most horrible customer service I've seen at a Dollar General in a very long time. They are quite rude at that 1 an forget it if you need any kind of help on the floor. There store is also a mess most of the time. With carts an merch sitting every where. I certianly understand if there's not enough to ring up customers AND put out stock. Mgt is at fault there. But when you've got even 3 working, thats MORE than enough, honestly!”

“Always a pleasure seeing Karen and Travis. Two of the hardest working and most dedicated employees that Family Dollar has. The store is always clean. Isles are a bit cluttered but that's a corporate wide problem, too much stuff and not enough room for summer, fall and Halloween as well as back to school supplies. Not enough Isles for all that. The manager fits as much as she can where she can. Great job Karen!!!”
“This is by far the best Dollar General around.They carry produce, they are fully stocked every time I go in. They are pleasant and helpful. A BIG shout out to Lori (Spelling may be off). She is awesome every time I come in.I stop here about 3 times a week or more. Great location, easy in and out and plenty of parking.See you guys soon!”
“All the staff is great they are always courteous unless it's closing time and then the one lady got a little rude bc it was five after the hour, and I guess she had a hot date so she stood arms crossed until we meet our transaction and it was complete. I understand she prob had a long day and was ready to go”
“I only had one problem with this store clerk . I have a 4 & 6 yr old. I don't take them out in public much because of the covid mess. Well to make a long story short. My 4 yr old looking around seen something that she liked. She starts to carry it out , as I was saying Oh No, you can't ever take anything without paying for it. The man yelled and said No you don't take things that you don't pay for. I said wait a min. she had started crying by then. I said you wait, I am trying to explain to her that you can Not ever just pick something up and carry it out. He should have NOT been so rude and loud to a 4 yr old. So NO I will NOT go back to that store. Thank you.”
“The store was a bit of a mess but I saw the employees hard at work trying to get things put out and straight. Brenya and Garrett were both so very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. When I had trouble finding things Garrett was the "go to guy". He gladly lead my daughter and I right to what we were looking for a few times. Not only was Brenya very pleasant, When I forgot my receipt she went above and beyond to find it and have it waiting for me. Dollar General should try to hold on to employees like this who seem to like and care about their job and customers!”
“Friendly and helpful employees. Usually have what I am looking for. Keep the store cleaner than most other locations. Any issues seem to be that of their corporate like stock availability or cooler maintenance issues.”
“Theu habe done aome rearranging od the store and I really like it. You always get cery friendly customer service here and it is always very easy to find what you are looking for but id dor some reason you can't, there is an employee rofht there ready to assist you! “I’m new to the area and by far this is my favorite store. The ladies are amazing and are always willing to go out of their way to help anyone who asks. I’ve never went into that store and not been greeted for there was always one of them around to make sure they greet each customer that comes in. The store manager is just so bubbly and energetic that it makes the atmosphere feel wonderful. I don’t know why anyone would try to destroy something that apparently has took a lot time to shape and form to make it just right.”
“Clean and clear Isles. Clearance clearly marked. Not so friendly but working retail is an unfavourable job and thankful as well. Great job on cleanliness though. A few items out of stock but that's distributions fault not the store.”
“We go here pretty often if we don’t want to drive to dollar general. Clean store, close to everything, Decent selection, and friendly staff other than one older lady that doesn’t seem to care about your time. Everyone else is always super friendly and helpful! Sometimes the shelves are kinda empty but it seems like that’s just about everywhere right now.”
