“I would give them 100 stars for sure if it weren't for one thing.. I use prepay, and I have for years. I paid for my son's and my phone full cash up front. I've also been on auto pay, never missed or been ate making a payment a but my screen is cracked and my loyalty for being a great customer doesn't help because I'm prepay, 5 stars to help us loyal prepayers!!”
