“Good pharmacy, great staff and customer service. The only thing that would give this a five-star rating is there RX app. It is absolutely lousy it only works some of the time. The other issue I have is not all my medications are listed on the app and I have to call in to get a refill. The other problem I have is when my doctor does call in a prescription especially for a medication that I've recently got in. The doctor decided to continue on for a few more days. I never got a call that it was ready or when I try to log into the website to see if it's even there I can't get into the website major issues with the website. This is been an ongoing issue for a few years and I keep getting the same story. We're working on it. How long does it take to resolve your RX app fire the company you're using in hire somebody else or go to a different format?.”

“I just want to brag on the pharmacist he is so nice at helping my husband is need of a antibiotic and sweetwater Walmart was out he said he would call when it comes in it did not come in but he called other Walmart pharmacies in the area and found the medication needed for my husband and I got it changed so we can pick up in madisonville so thank you for going the extra mile for him”

“Was having trouble locating an item and had to ask for assistance. The actual pharmacist came from behind the counter to help me find it and then proceeded to answer all my questions, as well as give me some info i didn't know but definitely needed to know. So the customer service is exceptional. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the prices. Walgreens is always so so so much more expensive than almost anywhere else you can shop. Maybe it's worth it for customer service that good!”
