I think I had the worst luck because my trk sit on their lot for a week before it went back my cs rep left the company. Parts was hard to get. If I had to redo it over (i would) i take my truck to car shows to show it off i want to thank everyone who worked on it”

“I had a miss in the engine and I had it to a couple of other shops and they through parts at it and didn't correct the problem.American/Import found the problem and replaced a fuel ejector on cylinder 1. I had my front end rebuilt ,ball joints etc. and it is running great.”
“Got a flat tire on my way home after already having a terrible day… I was a mess & barely holding it together but apparently this new location couldn’t have been placed in a better spot. Buster & Nick were so friendly and kind. Turns out I ran over a tiny piece of metal at some point but Buster was able to fix my tire quickly, aired up the other ones that were low & sent me on my way. They helped me out more than they know!”

“Thank you for the brake work on my Safari van. Great place with a real family atmosphere. Office and technicians that talk to you and answer questions honestly. Up front estimate and a full inspection of the vehicle while you are there. You can wait and play with the big dogs if you like, or watch the big TV in the waiting area. This is a review of the recent work done on my Safari van on. 2/28/25. I had the lower intake manifold the valve covers and the starter replaced by Hopper Auto. The van is a real pita to work on and they did a great job. I'm a little on the fussy side with repairs because I used to do my own work but I cannot physically do it at the moment. They made sure I was happy with everything and that it was a great honest experience. I will definitely recommend using this shop for your auto and truck repairs.”
“I recently moved to the Limestone area and a couple days ago my wife's car starting acting up where it wouldn't start. I called and spoke with Kevin, he was polite and professional over the phone which automatically made me feel at ease.
We dropped the car off and he identified the issue. He gave us a price and we agreed upon said price to move forward and get the car fixed. He just needed to order the part and it would be in the following day.
When we went to go pick up the car he informed us that he was able to find the part cheaper and knocked close to 100 bucks off the original agreed upon price.
I am sold, I will be returning to to Limestone Auto Solutions for all my vehicle maintenance needs.”

“We got a hole in a tire on our way back to New York. It was easy to schedule online. We arrived over an hour ahead of our scheduled time and our car was taken in immediately. The staff was friendly and informative, they reviewed options and we were back on the road with a new tire (and wipers) in less than an hour!”
“Used them for the first time this week. I’m a mechanic and had just bought a truck, the following day the thermostat got stuck. The seller offered to pay for the repair so I decided to take it in as I get tired of fixing things myself. Everywhere else was either 2-3 weeks out, double the price in one case, and another wouldn’t give me a quote for the repair until he had it apart (this is way shady by the way). Silcox told me to bring it by just before close, same - day. Said he would call me mid day the following day to let me know it was done. He did exactly that, I picked it up after work, paid him what he said it would cost down to the cent, and off I went. No BS, no weird practices, no runaround, just a good old fashioned shop.”
“Jerry went above and beyond for our 2021 ford explorer. He changed the brakes and went out of his way to get the ford coding machine to reset the codes that were causing the emergency brake and drive modes to stop working. What a great guy. It's nice to get to know people like this.”

“Ian & Derik were both kind & helpful. I was told they could check & repair my 2016 toyota sienna van's back break pads/rotors that sounded like needed replacement(loud metal scraping sound with breaking), along with a noisy serpentine belt, and change oil, all on an upcoming day. They even offered me a ride within close distance, if needed.
Brought it in on date of agreement. As promised, they completed the repairs & changed oil same day and hours before closing(appreciated this so I had my vehicle back for the weekend). Very fair pricing for work provided.
They also replaced the transmission for my husband's 2002 gmc sierra in past & did a great job. It's still running strong. Thank you all!”
