“The biggest thing that separates this store from the rest is the 5-Star customer service. I mean wow, this was a great shopping experience!Whether you have a current regular pet supply store or not, try this place for sure as the staff is eager to help and work with you without overselling.”

“My family and I went in a few days ago to get my son a lizard for his birthday. Noah helped us and without exaggeration it was the best retail experience I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and he was very patient with my 7 year old as he picked out his new pet and everything he needed to go with it. I’ve been back 2 times now just so I can get guidance from Noah and he has been GREAT both times. I could not be more impressed or grateful for his help!”

“Trevin was an absolute wonderful young man. He and the other staff member greeted us when we first walked in. I grabbed my things I needed. He rang our stuff up and was very nice and polite offered to help me with the bags of feed and bags of bedding. He loaded all the bags into my car and he did all of this without my asking. He took the initiative to help a mom of 2 young children who is 6 months pregnant and can’t be lifting heavy bags of feed. I absolutely love this tractor supply every time we come in all the employees are always so kind and caring and help us with anything we may need and help us leave with stuff we may not have needed at the time ( more baby chicks or ducklings) ??
