My husband and I stayed here to avoid the 4th of July and general summer chaos of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We knew we wanted to go tubing down the river, and this hotel is very close to where we did that. The room is very spacious and does allow pets even though we didn't bring any. The rooms are a bit old yet well maintained and clean. The TV sound was weird and not clear, but we aren't there to watch TV. The breakfast they have is wonderful, and the guy overseeing it is very friendly and attentive. We had no idea and lucked out being on the side of the hotel where we could view the Townsend fireworks right from our room's rocking chairs. There is no pool, but the river is prettier anyway. All I would change is the water pressure (barely any and hard to wash my hair) and the shower curtain (had a smell/needs changed). Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations and filled our needs for a short getaway!

The first room they put me in had a broken A/C and was very damp and musty/moldy smelling. They moved me to another room where I woke up in the middle of the night to bed bugs crawling on me. I packed up everything and went and slept in my car. In the morning, I got a refund. You've been warned.

The place is in a close to alot of places so there isn't a long travel to get what you need and the service is decent and the rooms are good size and space

Never thought I would get scammed I talked with an employee over the phone booked a stay and we arrived in the morning and they charged 137 and did not let us in!

Its nowhere. If you want to go out you can walk to a couple of places to eat but there's not much here.

This Best Western is the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The staff is the friendliest I have ever come across in a hotel. The breakfast is really good and the coffee also. The town is beautiful. If you are ever coming to this area I highly recommend this hotel and believe me I am a very picky person. The only bummer is that it doesn't have a pool. When I looked and also called the # on the website it says that they do. They did but not anymore.

On our stay I will give it a thumbs up on location close to Cades Cove the room was clean .the beds are soft. But when we reserved this hotel they told us they had a open pool to swim in .Very misleading to say the least .would not have stayed here if I had known it wasn't open and green.when I went to put water in the jetted tub all kinds of gunk came out into water from jets and black stuff around knows room 110 don't use the jet tub .take a shower.I hope the breakfast is as good as they say it is. I'm elderly no senior discount.I wished I could get some of my room refundable .unbelievable .I was not the only one upset about the pool today.False advertising

Location is excellent. Breakfast bar is outstanding, and the man who tends to it is an extremely personable fellow who has a great deal of pride in his work. Location, and the Breakfast are what keep me coming back.
Our rooms floors were not particularly clean.
The pool was out of order. As a matter of fact, although I have stayed at this Best Western many times, I don't recall the pool ever being in working order. In the case of this visit my 9 year old granddaughter was greatly disappointed.
Nearby activities: Next door to Smokey Mountains. Very near the entrance of Cades Cove, the main reason we stay here.
Walkability: There is a nice walking track that parallels the highway for several miles.
Food & drinks: Dining (other than breakfast)can be challenging for some.

Everything was up to our standards, very pleased.
Rooms: We were very happy with our stay at Best Western Cades Cove. Quite , clean,and staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Everything about our stay was great except for the beds. They were so hard that we didn't get any sleep the 1st night. We ended up leaving and losing our money for the 2nd night because they were so bad.
The room was clean, check in was super easy. Great location. Just the beds were AWFUL!

Everything was great, except eggs were bad, and TV was low Quality.
Excellent on everything else,.and staff.
Food & drinks: They need to use real eggs / fresh eggs not quick egg's.

Second stay at this hotel, the first time 3 years ago was better. The fitness center and pool have been closed for 3 years but there is a nice walking path for exercise right outside the hotel. This time the room was not as clean and had water and roach problems.
