Best Western Cades Cove Inn is located in a beautiful town, close to many places and activities without long travel. It is very near the entrance to Cades Cove and the Smoky Mountains, next to a river and a nice walking track. The location is excellent. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, with soft beds. Some rooms have rocking chairs. However, some rooms have issues with low water pressure in the shower, a shower curtain that needs changing, and floors that are not particularly clean. One room's jetted tub had gunk and black stuff around the knobs. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast is wonderful, really good, and outstanding, with good coffee, overseen by a very friendly and personable attendant. A significant disappointment is the pool, which is not available, out of order, or misleadingly advertised, upsetting many guests. There is no senior discount. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended, often exceeds expectations, and guests plan to stay again.

Rooms are big and clean, beds are good too, had a really good experience. Hot breakfast has scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and other cold breakfast, overall breakfast has variety of options. We liked out staying experience here, would recommend it.
