“This store has a great selection of items and it's always very well stocked and organized. I had a return a few weeks back and the young girl at the service desk was more than friendly as well as her fellow coworkers who came and went at the time I was there! I have done customer service work my entire adult life and I can differentiate between genuine customer service and/or others just doin it BECUZ and I felt their sincerity. Thank you!! I do lots of audit and merchandising also with hallmark and I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness also!! Thanks guys”

“I purchased a phone from Amazon. The phone was defective. I stopped at the spectrum store and bought the same phone. The rep ask why I was returning the other and I told her the issues. I just brought the phone back yesterday to see about returning it. They charge a $50 restock fee regardless if the phone is defective. I told them that phone was doing the exact same thing as the phone I returned was doing. The other rep said that phone is a piece of crap and I still had to pay the restock fee. That is insane. If they can tell you the phone is a piece of crap when you return it, I feel they should tell you before you buy it. It's the first time that I had a unpleasant experience with spectrum. Lesson learned. I will be anything to xfinity mobile and canceling my mobile with spectrum. 30min later im still here. A manager at another store said I still have to pay the $50 even though they can't figure out how to do the return. I'm still here waiting and I'm still being penalized $50 for a defective phone. I'm late for work and it's still not done.”
