“I have lived at Student Quarters for the past year and I am releasing for this upcoming school year. I cannot say enough incredible things about my expereince at Student Quarters. Student Quarters used to have not the best reputation and some poor reviews in the past, but I believe it currently truly has addressed every single concern that was raised. I originally was terrified to live off-campus, due to some very poor reviews at most apartments nearby. Though, I believe that SQ has made incredible improvements to breakthrough a once poor reputation in the past. I LOVE David McInturff, the Supervisor Maintenance Man, he is SO kind and helpful!! Student Quarters has been an incredible home for me, and presented me no critical issues. I have really enjoyed the Buc Shot, the security, and the ease of living here as a student. My only recommendations is that it's tennants are required to be ETSU students, as to avoid rooming with a grown adult who is not a student. I have loved my experience at SQ!!!”
“She is very friendly. I always just get a trim and she does a fine job. Her prices are extremely reasonable. Make an appointment because I believe she stays booked up for a few weeks out usually.”
“Excellent place to live! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and offers beautiful views of the mountains. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with any questions or issues. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues upon request. I would recommend Sterling Hills to anyone looking for a place to live in the Johnson City or Elizabethton area.”
“Love this apartment complex! Nice apartments, clean, up to date and great management. Quiet area and they have a fenced in playground. Guest parking available. Dumpster on site that has a tall fence area around.Love it here!”

“It's a nice place to live, the neighbors are all Nice and the owner won't hesitate to take care of anyone stealing or if he just feels like they are a threat So you don't have to worry about leaving stuff in your truck. And I am a carpenter and have a lot of tools and I don't want to carry them in all the time so thanks for good security!”
