“Friendly staff. Clean store. I always enjoy visiting this store when I’m in Jonesborough. Shelves are stocked well. Boxes of items that are waiting to be stocked aren't in the middle of the aisle as they are at the store that is closer to my home. Cashier is at the register and not stocking, so there is no waiting to check out. Patricia is the usual cashier at the Jonesborough store. I enjoy hearing her fun and personal stories as I check out. Always a pleasant experience.”

“I love the dollar tree. Although they are carrying nicer items then they charge you more for them. I will say that the one on West Market doesn't have a big selection like the one on North Roan Street. I recommend going to North Roan as opposed to going to the one on the West market. I went here not long ago and they refuse to help me or assist me to find anything. I simply asked for one specific product that I know they had carried at one point and both employees said they didn't know instead of showing me something similar or trying to even help me look for it they just completely ignored me. It appears to me that they just didn't want to do their job. Because of this, I will not go to this particular store I will go to the other one now.”
“My family loves this store! My kids and I are in this store several times a week. Dawnee is awesome and is always super friendly and professional. She never ceases to put a smile on our faces. The store is tidy, everything is easy to find and we always leave with more than we intended to buy.”
“I spend a lot of time but also lot money here. Reason is because so continent. I don't have to go across town if I need butter for recipe i am making. They have everything someone would need even Home supplies clothes cleaning supply food and personal items. Friendly employees and always clean”

“I love the ladies on the night shift at this store they are the sweetest women and very helpful and more patient than I could be and I work in the public as well...you can tell that they work well together also...”
