“The USPS located on Milligan hwy, Milligan TN is the most friendliest and is personally my favorite United States post office that I like to visit anytime bc it's the closest to my house and I think they are one of the smaller locations in my area, but it is not always open due to lunch and the postal workers that work there take a break and lunch and then they reopen so make sure you check their hours before going to their location, but I guarantee you the experience will be very satisfied with the low traffic and of course you can run into a line but I have never waited like I have at other locations in my area. ??? I think y'all deserve the recognition of the friendliest and trustworthy USPS and won't be like visiting the bigger postal locations.”
“Monday, June the 30th at 12:00 noon, there was no line and three people waiting to help me. Very friendly and probably the best experience I've had at a post office in a long long time. You all have improved. Keep up the good work. I appreciate it!”
“Window service is quick. David was working today and he was very efficient, pleasant with the kids and patient with me not knowing what forms to fill out. The parking lot is one way in and then another way out. There is an "old flag" drop in the parking lot, which is really a nice thing to have. They do have mailing supplies and a selection of cards in the lobby if you need to send off a package or birthday card!”

“Horrible customer service! 1. Put in hold mail request for a 10 day vacation ..no mail was held! My mail box was stuffed when we came home. 2. Rather then bring a small package to my door, the carrier shoved it into the lock box, with all my mail, clogging the lock mechanism and making it impossible to open the door. When I called, during normal working hours, there was nobody to take the call. We got our maintenance guy to help with his tools to get it open as the package inside was a gift that needed to be given that day!”
